Time for a remodel.
The room smelled stale when I first walked in. Had to open a window. And....no screen.
This place....whew! Where to begin?! The floors creaked so bad and the ceiling was so cracked and repaired I worried it would collapse. The toilet also leaned severely to the left, which means the floor is rotten underneath. I was afraid to touch the bed because it looked...well, still dirty. And I got one towel, about 2 feet square, for a bath towel. And the hotel seemed to have a dead conjoined twin attached in the form of a long closed casino. Not a happy place. But the staff was nice (bless them for doing what they can, but the owner really needs to put some money into it), and they had free wifi. On the way out of town I saw a new hotel being built. Hopefully the staff at Super 8 will successfully move there.
Friendly staff. Rooms are tidy but smell if both smoke and pets. Not very fun.
Strong wi-fi. Fridge. Large room. Nice wall art.
But.... it's was $45.
Worst bed ever. You can feel the box springs. Nobody was there for check out. The bed comforters were scratchy. Unprofessional signs. The tubs are tiny and the lights are scattered and inconvenient. Tiny trash can.
Tub doesn't drain. Bathroom lino peeling up at the edges. Hole in bathroom wall patched but not painted. Everything in the room shows wear way beyond normal use.
Absolutely disgusting, even for a pet friendly room. Food and a cigarette butt under the bed. Many flies in the room. Carpet was gross. Loose tiles on the bathroom floor. Smelled bad all over. Structure was crumbling.
