Rude counter person.
Guy behind the counter was very rude. I gave him my ID, which he accepted, but then told me the atm was broken and he needed cash. After I came back in he told me my ID wasn't acceptable and to "go somewhere else". I took his advice even though my friends had valid IDs. (I've been on a road trip through Vegas, L.A., SF, Reno... And its not once been rejected)
